We're always looking for great teammates who share our passion for doing meaningful work that makes a real difference.We are seeking for unique and experienced UKG Ready Solution Consultant to join our team.What You Will Do:Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoptionDiscover and analyze client business requirements and business processesCreate usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documentsTranslate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Payroll, Scheduler, etc.)Actively participate, and as needed lead, testing, and quality assurance activities for the projects.Assist with change management and user acceptance testingWork closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and budgetMaintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentationMaintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG ReadyExperience with UKG Pro or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) is desired but not requiredYour Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with completing full implementations of UKG ReadyEnd-to-end experience with the following Ready modules: HR – Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning, Benefits, COBRA, ACA; Payroll – Payroll Services; Time – Accruals, Attestation, LOA/Leave; Scheduler; People Insights; Valid UKG Ready Implementation CertificationsExemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationshipsExcellent English oral and written communication skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)Applicants must have authorization to work in Mexico without current or future visa sponsorshipOnly Resumes in English will be consideredWhat Would Make You An Outstanding Candidate:Experience delivering managed services, end user/admin training, and/or strategic consultingUKG PRO WFM Timekeeping CertificationEnd-to-end experience with the following UKG PRO WFM modules: Timekeeping; Absence (Attendance and Leave)Experience with ADP Workforce Management optionalUnderstanding of UKG Navigator, Paragon, and Launch methodology /toolsWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
