Now Hiring: Youth & Children’s Program Manager (Full-Time)📍 Dallas, TX | Brother Bill’s Helping HandBrother Bill’s Helping Hand (BBHH) is seeking a passionate, mission-driven leader to serve as our Youth & Children’s Program Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by working with children, building community, and creating meaningful programs that support spiritual, academic, and social growth.About the RoleYou’ll partner with our Youth & Children’s Program Director to lead and grow our after-school and seasonal programming. This includes overseeing daily operations, mentoring youth, supporting families, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.Schedule• School Year: Mon–Thurs (11:00 AM–6:00 PM), Fri (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)• Summer: Mon–Thurs (8:00 AM–3:00 PM), Fri (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)• Occasional evenings/weekends for special eventsWhat You’ll Do• Lead and manage a high-quality after-school program• Plan and execute engaging curriculum and activities• Build strong relationships with students, families, and community partners• Supervise volunteers, interns, and part-time staff• Coordinate seasonal programs (e.g., camps, VBS, special events)• Track program participation and measure impact• Support major events like Back-to-School Bash and Christmas CelebrationWhat We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Ministry, or related field• 2+ years of experience in youth programs or community engagement• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Passion for serving children and families• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social mediaWho You Are• Faith-driven and aligned with BBHH’s mission• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented• A self-starter who brings both heart and structure to your work• Committed to creating a safe, uplifting environment for every childWhy Join BBHH?At BBHH, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to empowering the Dallas community through compassion, dignity, and service.
