Certification or specific training in area of expertise (Hypnosis and Past Life Regression). 1-3 years recent experience in consulting in area(s) of expertise. Ability to confidently lead and motivate a group or individual. Able to assess the level and special needs of the participant(s) and modify the consultation accordingly. Attention to detail and able to multi-task priorities. Self-motivated ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable. Hold current CPR and First Aid certification. Willing to learn Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to lead guests in safe and professional manner. Display a healthy well-balanced body, a neat appearance, and a caring attitude and able to communicate clearly and simply.
