Drive your success at DrinkPAK, where we refresh, hydrate and nourish the world and our employees alike.POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Sanitation Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our production floor/facility along with overseeing their assigned team.LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.Type: Full-Time, Regular.Shift: Must be willing to work either day shift; 12 hours per day 2/2/3 Schedule.BENEFITS: The well-being of our team members is critically important to us. As part of this commitment, we offer:100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50% for their dependents, paid by the CompanyA cell phone stipend401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and moreRESPONSIBILITIESSupervise, train, and coach sanitation crew on proper procedures, safety (PPE, chemicals), and GMP/HACCP standards.Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution of work.Support the development of team skills by reinforcing standard work, training expectations, and modeling positive behaviors aligned with SIP values.Direct daily cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal; ensure completion of tasks according to the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).Inspect for unsanitary conditions, ensure adherence to all food safety regulations, and maintain records/documentation.Analyze and resolve work-related issues, and support corrective actions for sanitation non-conformances.Communicate with production, maintenance, and management to prepare areas, order supplies, and address facility needs.Handle, mix, and monitor chemicals, ensuring proper SDS access and usage.Cleaning includes mopping, sweeping, and dustingEmpty trash bins and replace linersEnsure the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals following our GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.Stay on task, but be prompt to respond to incidents as they occur throughout the dayInteract and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadershipAccomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by managementCompliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all DrinkPAK's policies and proceduresEstablishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivityRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the jobProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution of work.Support the development of team skills by reinforcing standard work, training expectations, and modeling positive behaviors aligned with SIP values.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
