Maintenance Worker

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented approach. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks in residential and commercial buildings - Conduct repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide solutions - Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs - Complete painting, carpentry, and other repair projects as needed Skills: - Mechanical knowledge - Customer service skills - Proficiency in facilities maintenance - Ability to use tools such as an Ohmmeter - Leadership qualities for managing maintenance projects - Strong English communication skills for interacting with tenants and team members - Experience in electrical work including wiring and troubleshooting - Capability to fabricate or repair items as necessary - Knowledge of residential painting techniques This position offers the opportunity to showcase your maintenance expertise in a dynamic environment.
