Investment Analyst

I'm working with a leading hedge fund who are seeking an Investment Associate to focus on Multifamily Private Credit investments.You will lead underwriting for ground-up construction and bridge mandates. Elite Excel modeling of construction draws and waterfalls is essential. You must be volume-tested, ready to move beyond packaging deals to defending credit theses and structuring non-bankable multifamily debt for a proprietary balance sheet.This role provides direct Investment Committee exposure and sophisticated structuring experience. You will focus your efforts on sourcing opportunities while conducting rigorous credit analysis for any given investment.
