Warehouse Technician
Warehouse Technician We are seeking a Warehouse Technician responsible for the movement, storage and repair of ice machines and water coolers in our Distribution Center. In addition, this individual is required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, representing Quench in a professional manner at all times.This position will report to the Field Service Manager and will be 75% in the warehouse and 25% in the field assisting the Field Service team.Key ResponsibilitiesPicking and pulling of ordersShipping and receiving, including ground packages, prepping freight shipmentsPerforming cycle countsAchievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activityUse Quench ERP system to transact activitiesFollow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facilityTrack equipment and parts inventoryPerform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performanceLight assembly workShift Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pmRequirements2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environmentHigh school diploma or GED equivalent desired; technical certifications and computer experience are a plusForklift experience/licenseExperience using FedEx World ShipAbility to follow directionAbility to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environmentBenefits & PerksWe offer competitive compensation & benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) & 401k Match, Parental Leave, PTO, Additional voluntary benefits$21.33 - $22.25 an hourQuench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
