The annual compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $92,000, based on experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCurate and executelong-range strategy operating plans for employee housingDev e lop and manage housing revenue forecasts, operating budgets, and capital planningMonitor financial performance and adjustprioritiesto align with business conditionsSecure and manage master lease agreements and external housing partnershipsEstablishand enforcegovernance frameworks, policies, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate and implement cross-functional strategywith Maintenance, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Resort Leadership toensureresort -widepriorityalignmentCommunicate professionally and productively with external partnersEnsure compliance with housing, safety,government,and employment regulationsLead and develophousing operations team toensure consistent execution anda positiveresident experienceOutline performance expectations alig ned with financial discipline, operationalconsistencyand resident experienceAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business , Hospitality, or related field; equivalent experience considered5+ years of leadership experience in property management, hospitality, operations, or a comparable fieldDemonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and overseeing financial performanceProven experience with team leadership,demonstratedthrough the ability to develop staff,andsetclear performance expectation sStrong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate operational data into business decisionsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvementStrong communicationskills and professional presencePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSThis position may berequiredtoworkevenings,weekendsand holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonableaccommodations .An Equal Opportunity Employer
