Training Directors are responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance, foster a culture of continuous learning, and align with the company’s strategic objectives.Responsibilities IncludeDeveloping training programsImplementing, scheduling and hosting training initiatives (to include but not limited to company initiatives and programs such as Electronic Payables, Portfolio Manager, Invoice Ingestion, Vendor Compliance, Automated Inspections, Payment Processors)Developing and scheduling vendor hosted trainingScheduling vendor hosted training by region to include by not limited to HD Supply, Lowes, Apartments.comSoftware and Support for Property Management (PM) software to include but not limited to AIM, AppFolio, Entrata, YardiImplementation of policies and procedures as it relates to PM software and operations – both on-site and corporate functionsAssistance with development and implementation of policy and processesEvaluating training effectiveness through feedback and performance metricsManaging training budgets including planning, allocating resources, and ensuring the training programs are cost-effective without sacrificing quality.Leading training teams and the management of teams of trainers, facilitators, and sometimes external consultantsStaying current with industry trends including new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practicesEnsuring that all training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies RequirementsExperience working with Learning Management SystemsExperience working with Project Management Software and Content Creation Tools6 months experience in the property management industryStrong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environmentOrganization skills with strong attention to detailAdditional InformationApartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.
