Lead, Systems Engineer - Space Operations Curriculum Developer / Instructor

Overview In this role, you design, develop, and deliver space operations training to ensure mission readiness of operators and support personnel. You will align curricula with evolving mission requirements and work closely with government and contractor teams to improve training effectiveness. You’ll lead instructional design efforts across classroom, lab, and simulation environments, and contribute to qualification, readiness, and scenario-based training.
