Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up CNC machining equipment to produce precision components.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
Perform necessary tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify quality.
Maintain production efficiency while meeting tight tolerance and quality standards.
Adhere to safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives to foster a safe and efficient workplace.
✅ Qualifications
1+ years of experience in CNC machining or machine operation.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
Experience with tooling, offsets, and machine setups is highly desirable.
Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to work either 1st or 2nd shift.
