Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Summary:The main function of this role is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. The position is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution. ResponsibilitiesForecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.Direct trained survey interviewers.Track performance across all marketing channels (paid, organic, email, web, events, content, ABM) through to revenue.Build dashboards and automated reporting that reflect real-time performance and alignment with business KPIs.Run cohort analyses to understand lead quality, channel efficiency, conversion velocity, and ROI.Forecast pipeline, revenue contribution, and performance scenarios to guide planning and budget allocation.Ensure fast insight cycles across experiments, campaigns, and content releases.Partner with growth marketers to recommend test designs, evaluate results, and guide investment decisions.Own KPI frameworks for acquisition, lifecycle, and funnel performance.Identify gaps, diagnose funnel issues, and recommend actionable improvements.Build and maintain clear funnel views (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity → revenue).Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with data-backed insights and narratives. QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.8-10 years related experience required.8 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, revenue operations, or similar roles.Strong command of B2B funnel analytics and attribution.Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling and business insights.Experience building dashboards and forecasting models.Ability to translate data into decisions with speed and clarity. Desired SkillsVerbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.Required experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot (Account Engagement), Adobe Analytics.Bonus experience with Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or B2B attribution platforms.Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure where needed.An analytical storyteller—able to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.Understands full-funnel B2B marketing and the relationship between channels, content, and revenue.Hands-on with marketing systems and able to troubleshoot, build, and optimize data workflows.Can partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
