Job Description Senior Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury (Woodland Hills)Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established plaintiff's personal injury law firm based in Woodland Hills, CA.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, fast-paced litigation support role for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a busy trial practice environment. You will collaborate closely with attorneys across all phases of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, from case initiation through trial.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file Summons and ComplaintsDraft, review, and respond to written discoveryPrepare Motions to Compel, Motions in Limine, and other law and motion documentsManage trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial bindersSupport attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day case managementEnsure deadlines are met and cases progress efficientlyQualificationsPrior plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience is requiredDemonstrated experience in:Filing complaints and initiating casesDiscovery (both propounding and responding)Law and motion draftingTrial preparationAbility to work independently in a high-volume practiceStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple deadlinesCompensation$70,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experienceFull-time positionIf you are a litigation powerhouse who loves trial work and wants to be a key member of a winning team, we encourage you to apply.
