DescriptionJob Type: Full-time, ExemptPosition SummaryThe Systems Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and infrastructure services across all reactive and proactive service requests within the Infrastructure Managed Services division. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, customer service excellence, and operational discipline.Work will be performed both onsite at client locations and remotely from Entech’s Service Desk.
