Plow Truck Operator

Caleb's Services provides lawn, snow, and landscaping services and is hiring Plow Truck/Loader Operators. This is a seasonal, on call position, with possibility of promotion and year round work. Duties: - Operate a company truck with a plow - Being able to operate a shovel - Be a skilled and aware driver Requirements: - 18 years or older - Lift up to 50 pounds - Be able to be on your feet for up to 12 hours - Complete background and driving record checks with no major infractions within 5 years - Work in all weather conditions - Reliable transportation and a smartphone Work Schedule: - On call, 24/7, holidays included, whenever the snow falls. Generally, work hours are 2 AM - 2 PM. - Long, multiple day shifts are a possibility on big snow storms. Benefits: - PTO after 1 year - Snacks & drinks provided - PPE supplied Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
