The organization values analytical thinking, continuous learning, and staying current with evolving search engine trends and algorithms.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Analyst based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The SEO Analyst will conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform content and optimization strategies. The role includes performing on-page SEO audits, optimizing meta tags, headings, and internal linking, and monitoring site health. The analyst will manage and evaluate link-building initiatives, track performance using web analytics tools, and prepare regular reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions. The position also involves collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations and support broader digital marketing goals.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize website content and structure.Experience with Link Building and off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and derive insights.Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and digital marketing channels to align SEO with broader campaigns.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is beneficial.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
