Duties Design and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels, incorporating fundamental techniques and creative expression Deliver engaging individual and group lessons that motivate students to improve their skills Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting lesson plans accordingly Incorporate various teaching methods including lesson planning, visual aids, and multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences Organize and lead performance opportunities, recitals, or workshops to showcase student achievements Collaborate with other instructors or program coordinators to develop interdisciplinary projects involving rhythm, theater, or dance Requirements Proven experience in teaching piano with a focus in music theory Strong classroom management skills to create an encouraging environment for learners of all ages Ability to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adult students across different skill levels Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support positive student engagement Experience working with special education needs or in inclusive classroom settings is a plus This position is fully paid and ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about music education and eager to make a meaningful impact through energetic instruction.
