Production Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor for the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. This role involves leading and directing a team of hourly manufacturing employees, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for hourly manufacturing employees. Engage the workforce to reduce costs. Coordinate all plant resources to address issues and improve metrics. Promote a work environment that adheres to all company policies and principles. Coach and mentor personnel to enhance their value to the organization. Communicate departmental performance regarding safety, quality, and cost to all employees. Manage daily operations in areas of responsibility concerning quality, customer service, and total costs. Maintain a safe working environment by eliminating hazards and ensuring general housekeeping. Meet or exceed plant goals for quality, customer service, and costs. As a supervisor, you will manage a team in a manufacturing environment that requires steel toes, safety glasses, and earplugs. While some areas of the plant are temperature-controlled, many are not. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Onsite medical clinic that they can go to. Very competitive pay rates. Great team environment. Health, dental, vision, 401K. They award "bonus" days for perfect attendance. You can earn 1 bonus day for every 4 months of perfect attendance (up to 3 days per year - these are PAID days off). They do bonuses 2 times per year - the compensation is based on company performance and hitting core metrics. Full time benefits after 30 days of employment (on the first day of the calendar month). Vacation - 40 hours 1st year 3 yrs - 2 weeks vacation 6 years - 3 weeks vacation 15 years - 4 weeks vacation. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Franklin, KY.
