Staff Accountant

With a strong portfolio of well-established brands and a reputation for excellence in the apparel space, this organization offers a collaborative environment and long-term stability.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career looking to gain exposure to month-end close, cost accounting, and operational finance within a dynamic consumer goods business.Schedule & CompensationSalary: $60,000 – $70,000 Schedule: Flexible hours (start as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 9:30 AM) Work Model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and inventory analysis Perform general ledger reconciliations, including bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and wire activity Assist with financial analysis for distribution operations and sales performance across North America Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate expense coding and execute supplier payments Contribute to inventory and cost accounting, including standard cost maintenance and inventory revaluations Help prepare monthly financial and management reports Participate in process improvements and ad hoc accounting/finance projects Qualifications1+ year of relevant experience (internships or co-ops considered) Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required) Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset For more information and immediate consideration, email Ryan Bredin a copy of your resume to rbredin@kbwfinancial.com.MONKBW*KBW789*
