EHS Operations Analyst

About the Opportunity:The **EHS Operations Analyst** plays a critical role in enabling field readiness and ensuring compliance for site access by technicians. This position is responsible for removing operational barriers related to compliance, thereby facilitating safe and rapid deployment of field personnel. The role supports overall field operations by managing documentation, contractor qualifications, and safety compliance, contributing directly to efficient and safe service delivery.### 3. Responsibilities:• Ensure technicians are qualified and compliant for site entry• Identify and resolve readiness gaps to maintain deployment capability• Support customer onboarding and compliance requirement reviews• Manage safety records including training, inspections, audits, and permits• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of safety documentation• Track safety metrics and compliance status• Support regulatory recordkeeping and reporting• Administer contractor compliance portals and documentation• Manage Certificates of Insurance and compliance tracking• Communicate safety compliance requirements with customers• Support technician onboarding and site-specific training• Utilize systems like Salesforce and Slack for data and communication• Coordinate safety trainings and track certifications• Assist with incident reporting and investigations• Participate in audits and verify closure of corrective actions### 4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred• 2–4 years of experience in EHS administration or related fields• Experience with contractor compliance platforms such as ISNetworld and Avetta• Proficiency in managing Certificates of Insurance• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems• Familiarity with Slack or comparable communication tools• Strong organizational and documentation skillsPreferred:• Knowledge of OSHA and/or MSHA regulations• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or mining environments• Background in safety management systems and remote workforce support• Contractor prequalification or compliance program experience### 5.
