Help build the future in America.Specific Job RequirementsPayroll duties include:Process hourly payroll weekly using UKG systemManage electronic timekeeping systemUpdate attendance records and reportsReconcile deductionsIssue manual checks and generate required reportsMonitor absences to ensure compliance with attendance policy, disability plans and Family Medical Leave of Absence (FMLA) regulationsMonitor vacation timeComplete job verifications and payroll related formsAdministrative duties include:Maintain payroll, personnel, & attendance filesCoordinate benefits administrationProvide information and answer employee questions regarding payroll related matters.Assist managers with administrative functions including reportingManage and direct employee relations programs and eventsMonitor compliance of company policies and applicable laws and regulationsAll other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or G.E.D. desired2+ years of experience utilizing a computerized payroll database. Current system experience preferred.Working knowledge of multi-state and federal payroll taxesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointStrong written and verbal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and to handle confidential matters with discretion.Strong organizational skillsEssential FunctionsMust be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
