This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for reliable, self-motivated individuals. Process server certification or licensing is not required for this role.You’ll use your own vehicle, manage your schedule within our guidelines, and complete assignments using our mobile technology.What You’ll DoServe subpoenas within Charlotte CountyUpdate service attempts and case information using ProVest mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile)Capture GPS-enabled photos and enter detailed attempt notesMake multiple service attempts at varying times, including evenings and weekends when requiredKey to SuccessOrganization: Efficient route planning and timely follow-upsCommunication: Professional and respectful interactionsConsistency: Meeting attempt and documentation expectationsAdditional InformationPaid per completed job (served or non-served)Cases must be attempted at least every 72 hoursWorksheets must be completed and uploaded promptlyOngoing support provided by a Florida-based liaisonRequirementsReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insuranceAbility to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)Comfortable using mobile apps and technologyAccess to a smartphone; computer and scanner preferredResidence within or near Charlotte County is strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyIdeal CandidatesPrior experience in subpoena delivery, courier work, investigations, or legal support is a plus, but not requiredApplyInterested candidates should email their updated resume to: Kimberly.Osborne@provest.us
