We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.ScopeThe IT Director’s responsibilities include managing/mentoring employees within the IT department, liaising with other business units to understand technical needs, and developing and implementing solutions that fulfill the organizations’ objectives. This role requires prior experience in an equivalent leadership position, demonstrating the ability to oversee teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in a complex IT environment.Primary Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Overseeing all IT operations including staff and infrastructureDeveloping, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectivesIdentifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvementDemonstrating technical expertise and knowledge of the relevant platform / products in scope of roleBuilding and maintaining relationships with vendorsCommunicating with IT team and across all departmentsAssessing the need for new equipment and softwareContributing to team efforts by accomplishing related resultsQualifications/SkillsDegree in Computer Science or a related field requiredMinimum 5-7 years’ experience in a related roleExpert proficiency level with: Microsoft Active Directory / 365, Firewall/Network solutions such as Cisco Meraki, and Windows Server/VMware.
