We’re looking for a dynamic team player who has experience with a variety of massage techniques, including prenatal, is deeply committed to creating a positive client experience, and is accustomed to treating a variety of physical conditions and creating individualized treatment recommendations. You must have graduated with at least 500 hours of massage education and hold an active CAMTC certification. We look forward to you joining our team of healthcare providers.Compensation$35 - $45 hourlyResponsibilitiesKeep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvementPrepare the massage table and necessary products to apply to the client’s skinProvide added value to client’s with suggestions for stretching, strengthening, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenanceCultivate a welcoming work environment by making positive relationships with clients and staffTreat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needsProvide therapeutic deep tissue, myofascial release, and prenatal massage to alleviate pain and increase biomechanical function; cupping is a plus.Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment recommendations.Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply appropriate techniques.Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress.Ensure a high level of patient service and comfort throughout each session.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.Use your best communication skills with the doctor, staff, and patients.QualificationsMust be excellent at communication and interpersonal relationshipsMassage therapy program completion preferredMust have graduated high school or received an equivalent degree+1 years of massage therapy experienceMust have licensure that complies with state and local laws You must be authorized to work in the US.You must be willing to undergo a background check.About CompanyCelebrating our 31st year, Diablo Chiropractic is a dedicated, service-oriented practice offering chiropractic care, massage therapy, cupping, craniosacral therapy, low-level laser therapy, and nutritional guidance for adults and children of all ages.
