He/she communicates clearly and courteously while working calmly and effectively under pressure, as well as cohesively on a team to ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate takes cues from guests' behavior and demeanor as to their level of satisfaction or happiness and addresses any issues that may arise in a proactive manner. Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is preferred, but not required.
