Our team takes pride in delivering refined, personalized service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.Available Shifts12:00pm – 8:00pm4:00pm – CloseHours may vary based on operational needs.Start Date: Late April 2026 (flexible)ResponsibilitiesThe PM Server is responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for guests during lunch, dinner, and evening service, including special events. This role plays a key part in maintaining the elevated service standards of the dining room.Key responsibilities include:Delivering warm, professional service throughout the dining experienceGreeting guests and describing menu items clearly and knowledgeablyAnswering guest questions related to food and beverage offeringsTaking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyEnsuring all dietary needs and special requests are communicated to the kitchenMaintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, service areas, and common spacesCompleting side work such as stocking supplies, polishing silverware and glassware, bussing tables, rearranging dining spaces, and general cleaningAssisting with room service as neededSupporting the Dining Room Manager, Supervisors, and Sommelier with assigned tasks and projectsServers are expected to be punctual, professionally dressed, and prepared to begin service at the start of their scheduled shift. Training will be provided, and all team members must adhere to established service standards.QualificationsMust have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in restaurant service, fine dining, or hospitality preferred. Professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detailStrong organizational and multitasking skill.
