Corporate Development Manager (Remote)Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Company: Publicly Traded Industrials & Manufacturing LeaderOverviewA publicly traded, global industrials and manufacturing organization is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to support its growth strategy through mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate investments. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a highly visible capacity, contributing to transformative initiatives across a diversified portfolio of businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions), and transaction structuringSupport end-to-end M&A execution, including target identification, due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration planningDevelop strategic presentations and materials for executive leadership and the Board of DirectorsConduct market research and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trendsPartner cross-functionally with business units, finance, legal, and external advisorsBuild and maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and other external stakeholdersAssist in post-merger integration efforts to ensure value capture and synergy realizationQualifications4-7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisoryStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsetExperience executing M&A transactions in industrials, manufacturing, or related sectors preferredAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication skills with executive presenceSelf-starter with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
