This individual will independently run, review, and clear conflict checks using Intapp, with experience handling complex matters involving large financial institutions. This is a 10‐week, on‐site assignment in Downtown Manhattan requiring someone who can step in immediately and manage a high-volume workflow.Start Date: ASAPLocation: On-site - Downtown ManhattanSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35 hours/week)Duration: 10 weeksPay Rate: $30-$35 per hour (DOE)Key Responsibilities+ Run, review, and independently clear conflict checks using Intapp+ Conduct conflict analysis for large, complex financial institutions, including affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent entities+ Identify potential conflicts issues and escalate appropriately+ Communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys and internal teams+ Maintain accuracy and organization while managing a high-volume workloadRequirementsRequired Qualifications+ Minimum 2 years of law firm conflicts experience+ Strong Intapp proficiency, including independent conflict clearance+ Solid understanding of law firm conflicts principles and corporate family structures+ Experience handling conflicts involving complex financial institutions+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently+ Strong communication and issue-spotting skillsPreferred Qualifications+ Background in a large law firm / Am Law environment+ Experience with complex transactional or finance-related conflictsRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
