Interior Painter

Interior Painter: Complete Painting is seeking experienced Interior Painters to perform pre-painting tasks through job completion. Pay Range: 20 - $25 Based on Experience Objectives of this Role: Perform level 5 service preparation for drywall repair and painting Utilizing sandpaper/scraping to strip old paint Perform preparation work for the surfaces and applying filler to cracks and holes using material such as plaster ,drywall and primers to prepare walls and surfaces before the actual painting tasks are executed. Ensure that the paint and other materials to be used are of the right color or finish following the specification of the client Take responsibility for securing work area from dust and paint splatters with proper tape, plastic, and tarp placement before carrying out the assigned tasks using various tools Provide all necessary correspondence for work that is ongoing and completed Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies daily Inspects work for the highest quality Skills and Qualifications: 5-10 years’ experience with high end interior painting Ability to be a crew leader/job coordinator Detail oriented with great communication skills No fear of heights Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner Personal equipment needed; painting materials provided by the company Compensation: Pay range 20-$25 an hour based on experience with increase after 30-day review.
