Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the automotive manufacturing sector located in Adams, US. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the operational efficiency of our production equipment and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch automotive solutions. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for equipment diagnostics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Assist in training new maintenance staff as needed. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLCs. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
