You know how to run a water or fire job from first notice of loss to final invoice. You write Xactimate scopes, you manage crews and subs, and you know how to move a file forward with an adjuster without losing the relationship. THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Restoration / Mitigation Project Manager based out of our Salem, MA office. You will own a portfolio of Massachusetts jobs — managing field crews, communicating with insurance adjusters and property owners, writing and negotiating Xactimate and Symbility scopes, and making sure every project closes on time, on budget, and to standard.Total compensation is $90,000 – $110,000 (base salary plus performance bonus), which reflects what we expect from this role: experienced, independent, and accountable. This is not a training position.
