In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support with account inquiries, collections assistance, delinquency resolution, payments, and general mortgage servicing needs.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, are comfortable working in a structured and performance-driven environment, and are interested in building experience in mortgage servicing and financial operations.Position OverviewAs a Customer Service & Collections Representative, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with account management and collections-related matters.
