Software Engineer

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex system design, contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, and collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality products that meet evolving business needs. *Responsibilities* * Develop and enhance applications using programming languages such as TypeScript, Node, React, Angular, .NET, JavaScript, Python and Java ensuring high performance and responsiveness. * Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between distributed systems and services. * Build scalable microservices architectures utilizing cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS and Azure to support growing user demands. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into detailed technical designs employing design patterns and best practices. * Participate actively in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives. * Maintain version control repositories using tools like GitHub, Git, SVN, and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient delivery. * Ensure system security through role-based access control (RBAC), adherence to security protocols, and implementation of scalable security measures across applications. *Skills* * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript frameworks (React Express), TypeScript, Node, Angular, Python, .NET, Java or Python. * Extensive experience with IT infrastructure management including cloud services like AWS and Azure. AWS CDK, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, or other services. * Deep understanding of software development principles including system design for scalability, APIs (RESTful), microservices architecture, and design patterns. * Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL and SQL for data modeling and query optimization. * Familiarity with front-end development techniques using JavaScript frameworks for creating engaging user interfaces. * Experience with version control systems like GitHub, SVN, and tools supporting CI/CD workflows for rapid deployment cycles. * Understanding of quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not mandatory; a strong foundation in software engineering is essential.
