The culture is team-oriented, supportive, and focused on providing reliable service and operational excellence.Job Description:The Board Coordinator is responsible for managing daily scheduling and dispatch operations for field installation teams. This role ensures technicians are assigned efficiently, routes are optimized, and job schedules are maintained accurately throughout the day. This position requires strong coordination skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage frequent changes in a high-volume, phone- and messaging-heavy environment. The Board Coordinator acts as a central communication hub between installers, customers, and internal office teams.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules for field techniciansDispatch installers to multiple job sites while ensuring efficient routing and timingAdjust schedules in real time based on cancellations, delays, or urgent service needsCommunicate directly with customers to confirm appointment availability and scheduling detailsServe as a primary point of contact for installers throughout the dayHandle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams messagesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and job trackingMonitor routing efficiency and help minimize unnecessary travel time and costsMaintain accurate scheduling records and update systems as changes occurSupport smooth daily operations across dispatch and field teamsQualifications:Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, coordination, or similar operational support role preferredStrong multitasking and organizational abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of customer service orientationComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume communication environmentStrong critical thinking and quick decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Outlook, and Excel)Ability to prioritize tasks and manage shifting deadlines effectivelyExperience supporting field service or installation teams is a plusFamiliarity with routing or logistics coordination preferredAdditional Details:Onsite parking availableTeam-oriented environmentExtensive 30-day training program providedHigh-volume communication role requiring responsiveness and adaptabilityPerks:Strong, supportive team culturePaid holidays and PTO401(k) with company matchEmployee discounts (cellular and other programs)Credit union accessStable, long-term direct hire opportunityStructured training and clear onboarding processAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
