Strategy Analyst - Intern

Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESAs an Intern, you will be assigned onto a portfolio of projects and work packages. These could include the following types of activities:● Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industrybenchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.● Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-drivenrecommendations to optimize business performance● Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisitingoperational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandatesdefinition)● Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic ortransformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives.Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, possibly taking responsibility ofthe delivery of specific work packages.● Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change andtransformation initiatives● Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaborationand information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area● Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emergingtechnologies to bring innovative ideas to the teamINTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS● Internal: All functions and organizations, project leaders, network of Transformation / Strategyleaders in the Business Units / Countries, Function / Country directors● External: Partners, suppliers, other companies (benchmarks), consultancy / market studyPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE● A first internship of ideally in management consulting or in a strategy or corporate development department● In your final year of your master's Degree from Business school or an Engineering degreeLANGUAGES: Fluent English, ideally conversional FrenchPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS● Reliable● Autonomous, self-starter● Team player● Adaptable and willing to learn● Pragmatic● Good communication● Capacity to manage multiple subjects in parallel● Capacity to work under time pressureMAJOR AREAS OF COMPETENCY NECESSARY FOR SUCCESSAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsGood communication and presentation skills (oral & written, fluent English)Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint, to produce data-driven and analyticalpresentations, with sharp messages and design (including use of add-ons like EE and Thinkcell)* Project management skills, including the ability to organize a work package or contribute tocross-functional teams* Ability to understand organization dynamics and to operate in a multinational context* Interpersonal skills, with ability to mobilize a network of contributors and to interact at differentlevels in the organization,* Reliable, meeting timelines and quality requirements* Interest for the mobility or transportation industryEuropcar Mobility GroupEuropcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe.
