Your Impact
Set up and operate CNC machine tools (HMCs, turning centers, mill‑turns)
Machine intricate components from various materials
Identify and record product quality problems; verify corrective actions
Escalate improvements through defined channels and recommend solutions
Halt processing, shipment, or installation of nonconforming parts until corrected
Inspect the parts you produce and perform related tasks
Perform routine maintenance to sustain machine reliability
Must‑Haves
Proficiency reading engineering drawings and using precision gauges
Ability to set up and run CNC equipment and edit programs (G & M code)
Willingness to own or purchase essential tools of the trade
Detail focus and above‑average problem‑solving skills
Nice to Have
Background with FANUC or Mitsubishi controls
Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing environments
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Journeyman’s Certificate or 8+ years of experience preferred.
Schedule
Second shift, 3:15 pm start (variable end time), Monday–Friday; overtime as needed.
