The firm is backed with capital and an operations team of the MSO.We need our first litigator.The candidate will be crucial to growing the practice. We expect you to take cases now and mentor associates as we add them. We do not expect you to handle marketing, tech, or payroll. We handle everything non-legal.The first attorneys we hire get favorable draw, equity and bonus packages. Experience gained in building out the firm in the first few months will be priceless and put you head and shoulders above the 10th or 100th litigator we hire. Comp is structured around a guaranteed draw plus contingency participation — uncapped.Geography is flexible. We open the office where you are.
