MS Office VBA / VSTO Developer
Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled MS Office VBA / VSTO Developer to join our growing Global Tools Delivery Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing tools and automation solutions that support business processes and enhance service delivery for global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and maintain tools using MS Office VBA, VB.NET, and VSTO technologiesBuild and enhance VSTO Add-ins, templates, workbooks, and documents for MS Office applications such as Excel and WordDesign and support complex VBA macros and business automation functionalitiesDevelop applications using user forms, modules, and class modulesIntegrate MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using automation and macrosMaintain and upgrade existing tools, templates, and add-insPerform testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and deployment activitiesEnsure adherence to SDLC processes, development standards, quality guidelines, and compliance requirementsCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient automation solutionsRequired QualificationsMCA, Engineering, or B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fieldStrong expertise in MS Office applications and VBA developmentHands-on experience with VB.NET, VSTO, and .NET FrameworkExperience developing macros, automation tools, and Office Add-insStrong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithmsExperience working with WinForms and application development environmentsKnowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and quality standardsPreferred SkillsKnowledge of Python and Microsoft Power AppsUnderstanding of SharePoint concepts and integrationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative automation solutions and contribute to a high-performing global tools team focused on consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
