With over 1,400 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace.Our team is looking for a Value Stream Engineer Manager at our Chatsworth Location. The Value Stream Engineer Manager is responsible for all technical aspects relating to the support of various product lines within the Microwave Systems and MRO Value Stream. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Engineering, and indirectly to the Value Stream Director.We are looking for a Value Stream Engineering Leader who has a strong technical competency in Microwave Systems; additional benefit yet not required is familiarity with Maintenance Ovehaul and Repair facilities.Value Stream Engineering Manager ResponsibilitiesManage and Lead the Manufacturing and Process Engineers within the Microwave Systems & MRO Valaue StreamFoster collaboration and communication across the enterprise.Responsible for engineering deliverables covering the full lifecycle of the Program/Project as required by the Program Scope/business, including optimizing manufacturing efficiency through design for manufacturing methodologies, resolving obsolescence and providing technical support to the supply baseResponsible for the technical delivery of complex work packages, providing leadership to cross-functional teams within and IPT frameworkDefine and deliver the customer requirements and definition for the project. Closely follow change with eye for technical and contractual impacts.Provide technical interface with customers maintaining a proactive Customer-driven attitude.
