At Discovery Learning Center, we bring that mission to life through inclusive early childhood education and family-centered support.Position SummaryThe Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student enrollment, admissions, and family onboarding for our inclusive preschool program. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process while ensuring compliance with center policies, leadership direction, and licensing requirements.Requirements:What You'll DoRespond to family inquiries (phone, email, in-person)Schedule tours and assist with enrollmentGuide families through applications and onboardingMaintain enrollment and waitlistsSupport Early Learning Coalition (ELC) applicationsPartner with leadership on placements and start datesAssist with events, open houses, and family engagementQualificationsHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in admissions, early childhood education, or administrative coordination preferredFamiliarity with ELC, School Readiness, or VPK programs preferredValid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving recordAbility to pass Level II background screeningSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAttention to detail and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systemsCommitment to inclusive, family-centered serviceScheduleMonday – FridayBetween 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (schedule may vary)On-site positionBenefits10 Paid Holidays18 PTO Days + 2 Personal DaysMedical, Dental, VisionHSA & FSA optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition Reimbursement403(b) Retirement PlanSupplemental benefits (STD, Accident, Critical Illness, Life & AD&D)Why Join Parc?You will be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports children, families, and the community.
