Foster Care Coordinator - Hybrid
About your Role:
As a Family Care Coordinators (FCC) you are responsible for the case management and oversight of youth placed in Maple Star certified therapeutic foster homes as well as the support of Family Care Providers (FCP). You will have direct involvement in service planning, assessments, and weekly contractual contact with youth on your caseload to promote skill development and address youth behavioral challenges. This position is also part of an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation. Additional compensation is provided for on-call work. This position primarily serves youth and families in Marion, Linn, and Lane County.

Does the following apply to you?
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field; AND
Two (2) years of relevant experience in the care and rehabilitation of at-risk youth and young adults; OR
Master’s Degree AND one (1) year of experience
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
