Job Summary:
Maintain facility/resort
Create a clean environment for members/guests and employees
Provide excellent customer service
Weekend and Holiday shifts required
Essential Functions:
Customer service for members and guests.
Maintain facility/resort clean for members and guests
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
Anything else required as per manager on duty
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Understanding of public hygiene
Required Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years Housekeeping experience
Customer service
Weekend and Holidays required
Work Environment:
While preforming job duties these work environment will be encountered
Wet/Dry conditions
Hot / Cold temperature
Noise levels may be noisy
Moving mechanical parts (Vacuums, etc.)
Sharp objects
Cleaning solutions
Dust
