Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has 1+ years of Civil Engineering experience, including internships & has successfully passed the FE exam.Why work with David Mason + Associates?Every-other Friday OFFHybrid schedule & flexibility70% employer paid Health benefits"Family-first" company cultureMinority-Owned Business EnterprisePlus, more!!Essential Duties:Prepares engineering plans utilizing AutoCAD/Revit or similar design platforms.Assists in production of final construction drawings, details, and specificationsPrepares reports and calculations based on assigned project(s) including assessments, analysis, opinions of cost and other key componentsAssists project managers as requested.Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.May perform site investigations and inspections in the field during and post construction.Attends client and public meetings as neededParticipates in and conducts research on local regulations based on project location(s)Participate in business development efforts as requested.Provide technical oversight for the DepartmentProvide directions to Project Managers and senior project staff to ascertain coordination, completeness, and accuracy of critical technical requirementsDemonstrate the potential or ability to lead technical efforts as part of the overall design processFollow and abide by the DMA employee and safety manualsCompletes other duties as assigned
