Heavy Industrial Manufacturing | Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance and reliability efforts within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, equipment reliability, team development, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.The ideal candidate will bring strong electrical maintenance expertise within steel or heavy manufacturing operations, along with proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, improving system reliability, and executing capital or maintenance projects.This position will oversee a team of approximately 15 electrical maintenance teammates in a fast-paced industrial operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellenceSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 electrical maintenance employeesDevelop and execute reliability-focused maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiencyTroubleshoot and support complex electrical, automation, and control systems throughout the facilityManage and coordinate maintenance projects, shutdowns, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport preventative and predictive maintenance programs across plant equipment and systemsDrive cost control initiatives while maintaining high standards for reliability and performanceEnsure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support production goalsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical disciplineProven leadership experience in industrial electrical maintenanceStrong background in maintenance systems management and project executionElectrical maintenance experience within a steel mill or heavy industrial manufacturing environmentTechnical proficiency with industrial electrical systems, automation, and controlsDemonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferredExperience supporting Melt Shop operationsFour or more years of leadership experienceDesire for long-term career growth and geographic mobilityWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageLong-term career advancement opportunities within a stable manufacturing organizationOpportunity to lead high-impact reliability and maintenance initiatives in a dynamic industrial environmentIf you are a hands-on electrical maintenance leader looking to advance your career in heavy industrial manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
