Our passionate team is at the heart of our success, driving creativity and operational efficiency every day.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Apparel Returns Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Monrovia, CA. The Coordinator will oversee the efficient processing of product returns, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and open returned packages in a timely and organized mannerConfirm returned items are company products and match return documentationVerify style, color, and size accuracy against packing lists (PL) and system recordsInspect garments thoroughly for signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to:Perfume or smoke odorsStains or spottingZipper or hardware damageAlterations to hem, bodice, skirt, or fitDetermine whether items are approved for restocking or require further reviewRepackage approved returns according to company standardsUse computer systems to create or update UPC labels and return items to inventoryAccurately update inventory and return status in internal systemsAssist with shipping and receiving tasks as neededWork closely with the Shipping Manager and E‑commerce Coordinator to ensure smooth return and fulfillment operationsMaintain a clean, organized workspace in the returns areaQualificationsExperience in inventory management, merchandise handling, and returns processingStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skills for effective record keepingProficiency in data entry, inventory software, or similar systemsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skillsCapability to work collaboratively with warehouse and customer service teamsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet daily deadlinesPrevious experience in the apparel or retail industry is a preferred qualificationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications are a plusRate$18-$20 per hour depending experience Benefits available after 90 days
