Behavior Technician (BT)

Your Role & Impact As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children in 1:1 settings to help build communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You will implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and be part of a team committed to ethical, child-centered care. You’ll be trained, supported, and developed — no prior ABA certification required. What You’ll Do Direct Work With Children Deliver individualized teaching and therapy activities Support communication, social play, and problem-solving skills Reinforce skills during structured activities and natural play Learning & Data Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior throughout sessions Document session notes accurately and on time Share observations with supervising clinicians Team Collaboration Receive hands-on training, coaching, and supervision Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Partner with families to help generalize skills at home and in the community Professional & Ethical Conduct Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times Model patience, compassion, and respect in every interaction Represent the values and mission of KIDS ABA Services What We’re Looking For We are seeking individuals who believe children deserve the chance to become more independent, more confident, and more capable — and who want to be part of that process.
