Program Manager, Healthcare ServicesPhoenix, Arizona | OnsiteAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare operations professional to join a growing healthcare organisation as a Program Manager within Healthcare Services.This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact healthcare programmes and operational initiatives that directly influence member outcomes, service quality, regulatory compliance, and organisational performance. Working across clinical and operational teams, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving programmes that support the delivery of quality, cost-effective healthcare services.The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments to drive projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with strategic objectives.Key responsibilities will include:• Leading and managing healthcare services programmes and cross-functional projects from planning through to execution and evaluation• Collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective programme solutions• Driving process improvement initiatives and organisational change management activities• Monitoring programme performance and ensuring compliance with internal standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements• Conducting quality audits and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and staff development• Developing business requirements documents, test plans, user training materials, and supporting programme documentation• Managing stakeholder communications and ensuring alignment around programme goals, timelines, and outcomes• Coordinating with external vendors and partners where requiredCandidates should demonstrate:• At least five years of healthcare industry experience, including exposure to clinical operations• Experience within utilisation management, care management, care transitions, behavioural health, or related healthcare services functions• Strong programme or project management experience within healthcare environments• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across clinical and operational teams• Experience working within regulated healthcare environments and interpreting state and federal requirementsApplications are welcomed from healthcare professionals holding relevant clinical qualifications including RN, LVN, LPN, APSW, CHES, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or similar credentials where applicable.Additional certifications such as CCM, CPHM, CPHQ, or other healthcare management qualifications would be advantageous, as would previous leadership experience and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare populations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine healthcare expertise with programme leadership in a role that offers significant visibility, stakeholder engagement, and the chance to contribute to meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery.Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)Salary: $73,102 – $142,549 + comprehensive benefits packagePlease apply directly via LinkedIn
