Behavior Specialist

*Eden II Programs is looking for a Behavioral Specialist to join our team!* *Responsibilities:* * Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders in our clinic * Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition strategies in the context of social, communication, and daily living skills * Work with families on parenting skills, communication, and support for children * Collect data on progress through monthly reports and online summaries * Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in a collaborative team environment * Maintain professional standards and comply with professional conduct policies *Skills:* * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred * Prior experience working with children with autism preferred but not required. * Must be able to work independently and be self-directed. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box.
