Telecommunication Research Engineer

Role: Analytical Software Engineer Duration: 24 Months Location: Bedminster, NJ Mode of Work: Onsite for 5 days.Must Have PhD Degree in related field of studyResponsibilities: Research and develop intelligent solutions forO-RAN and RIC platforms(RT/NRT). Build and optimizeAI/ML modelsfor RAN performance and automation. Develop and integratexApps/rAppsusingJavaandPython . Manage and analyze telecom data usingSQL/NoSQL databases . Collaborate on system simulations, modeling, and prototype testing. Skills & Experience: Strong background inWireless Communications / Telecom Systems . Proficiency inJava ,Python , andAI/ML frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience withO-RAN ,RIC platforms , andnetwork optimization . Knowledge ofdatabases ,data analytics , andcloud-native environments . Master’s or PhD inElectrical Engineering ,Computer Science , or related field. Preferred: Familiarity with3GPP / O-RAN Alliance standardsandopen-source RIC frameworks . Experience with5G/6G ,edge computing , ornetwork automation .
