Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Job Title: RN/LPN MDS CoordinatorFacility: Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation CenterLocation: Boca Raton, FloridaShift: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay Rate: Up to $46 per hourJob DescriptionYamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented RN/LPN MDS Coordinator to oversee and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
